![]() The pouches feel cut different for some reason. I like the boxer briefs better as for some reason they provide more support and don’t ride up as much. I have tried the boxer briefs and the trunks. Albeit great underwear and better than what you’ve got now. There’s another brand, Seperatec, but the pouch is made of the same material as the rest of it and can be a bit warmer. The pouch that holds your testicles on these is made of a different material than the rest of the underwear. That’s because this specific brand and type are made better for varicocele. If you have a varicocele that causes discomfort you need to buy this specific underwear that I’ve linked. ![]() Also there’s a line of stitching that’s sits under your balls that you’ll notice but it’s part of the way the pouch is made. They take some getting used to they way they’re made can make it feel like you have a slight wedgie but you will get used to it but it takes a while. And keeps things cooler by separating and keeping the testicles out instead of building up heat as much. It provides optimal support without squeezing. This separate pouch underwear made my life much easier. I just had microsurgery and wanted to share something that’s helped me tremendously the past couple years. This creates a comfortable space around the groin, but because the fabric is much closer to the skin than boxers it also creates a sense of being "supported." By which I mean it doesn't literally lift my manly bits upwards, just keeps them a bit more in place. The purpose of this sub is to provide a place for people with varicocele or who have questions about varicocele to discuss symptoms, different treatment options and possible complications, and provide each other with support. I find they fit best on me when they meet the fabric of the leg part and then continue down the leg. the seam of the joey-pouch shouldn't creep upwards, or else this will create a sense of constriction. I also find the length of the legs on boxer-briefs also changes the feel of how "tight" they are. You shouldn't really notice where the boxer-briefs end, because that means they are too tight. I would say it is very worth buying a pair to try but I don't own enough pairs to give you a definitive answer with a 66% love rate. Overall I really like them and the inconsistent pairs got better after washing but hasn't reached the quality of the other 4 pairs. These two were the subscription pair for September, the October pairs were back to being like the first pairs. The cut on the boxer brief was also different with a larger pouch on the front. The remaining two pair felt more like a synthetic fabric that was slick and didn't wick much. This applies only to the boxer briefs the boxers didn't have any issues as they obviously ventilated well. 4 of the 6 pairs (2/3 boxer, 2/3 boxer briefs) I have purchased were super soft and more like a cottony grippy feel that wicked moisture away from my balls and mitigated the swamp ball feeling I had with cheaper packs of cotton boxer briefs I had. The MeUndies fit well and super soft and get compliments but are not all identical in my experience. They are the 2nd best underwear I have had following the pair of "Make It Good" trunks I have, but they only have one design and one product for men.
